
Additional Event Information:
- The weekend of “Small Business Saturday” 2025 – this small business fair will be the premier “shop local” consumer show anywhere in our region.
- With the full marketing reach and support of New Bedford Guide, Fall River Reporter and all of our other community pages, you can be rest assured that your business will have access to hundreds of local area shoppers throughout the course of the weekend.
- Your business will be featured amongst all of all our vendors on all of our social media platforms leading up to the weekend (via our Facebook event page).
Registration Details:
- $105 per table (includes both days)
- Vendor Space – 8′ x 10′
- All vendors must provide their own tables/chairs, and are responsible for their setup & breakdown
- Electricity hookup is not available.
- All booths must remain intact until event closing time.
- Booths must be kept neat, professional and appropriate.
- Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting appropriate taxes.

- Cancellation Policy: contact us immediately either by email or phone. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. No-shows will not be refunded and will forfeit their space for future New Bedford Guide events.
